Rejected bug abuse + suspicion of deception

Hello esteemed administrators. In the body camera footage I shared (between 1:30 and 1:40 seconds), I see player number 471313 performing actions that are not permitted in the game. I believe this is cheating and I request that they be punished for exploiting this bug.
