Rejected VDM ID: 38902 and HR ID: 22336

38902 was seen running over new players including myself as they tried to exit the motel repeatedly until finally just running off.

22336 was driving erratic with no siren or light illuminated hit me and continued driving leaving me with 100% of the repair and insurance claims to medical help i will like to file a lawsuit for a settlement on both counts please.
