2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have been part of this project for a long time and throughout my journey I have gained a lot of valuable experience by working in multiple important positions. Over time, I worked as an Admin Assistant, Ex Assistant Chief of Police, and Federal Commander of FIB. I have also served multiple times as HOD, DHOD, and COS in other legal organizations. Through these roles, I learned how to properly manage teams, handle responsibilities, maintain professionalism, and work under pressure while making important decisions for the organization.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Everyone in the city deserves an opportunity to be part of an organization. I believe both experienced and new players have the capability to learn rules and work professionally when guided correctly. I do not want to limit the organization only to experienced members; instead, new people should be welcomed, trained properly, and given a chance to improve with the support of a professional and active HR team.
I will make sure regular trainings and meetings are held to help members improve their roleplay quality, understand procedures, and solve any issues they may face. Face-to-face training sessions will be provided for new recruits so they can learn properly from experienced officers and high command members. I also want high command to stay actively involved in trainings because their experience and advice are extremely valuable for the growth of the organization.
