Dear Administration Team,

I am writing to formally appeal my recent ban issued by Kevin_Balenciaga for an alleged violation of General Rule 1.9 (Tax Evasion). I firmly believe this punishment was issued in error due to a misunderstanding of my recent in-game transactions. I have absolutely not engaged in any intentional tax evasion, and I respectfully request that a senior administrator review the server logs to verify this.

The recent transactions that likely triggered this flag are legitimate and reflect standard market values:

1. Apartment Sale: I recently sold an apartment with a state value of $500,000 for a final negotiated price of $1,000,000. This is a perfectly fair market price for the property, and the transaction was processed correctly through the system without any attempt to bypass server taxes.
2. Platinum Prime Purchase: I purchased 15 days of Platinum Prime for $1,200,000, which is entirely consistent with standard player-to-player market rates.

There were no under-the-table exchanges or items traded for an artificially low price to avoid the system's tax mechanics. Every single dollar exchanged was fair and transparent.

However, if I have genuinely made a mistake or misunderstood a technicality regarding the pricing limits for GR 1.9, it was completely unintentional. If the administration reviews the logs and still concludes that a rule was broken, I am fully willing to accept a money wipe as a condition for my unban.

I take my roleplay and my standing in this community very seriously, and I just want to get back to playing on the server. Thank you for your time and for reviewing this appeal.
