I am filing this formal complaint regarding a delay in processing my approved appeal. Despite my form being officially approved two days ago, the agreed-upon actions have not been executed.

Timeline

  • Approval Date: 07:05:2026 12:45 AM
  • Current Status: Day 2 since approval.
  • Pending Actions:
    1. Removal of the active warning (Warn) on my account.
    2. Provision of the approved compensation.

Statement

I was informed that once the form was approved, the warning would be lifted and compensation would be issued. It has now been 44+ hours since that approval, and my account still reflects the warning. Furthermore, I have not received the compensation as dictated by the approval terms.
I understand that the administration team is busy however, as the deadline for these adjustments has passed, I request that an administrator review my case and manually update my status immediately.
