Me and me partner arrested someone.
We stopped to repair the car and this person stopped and start shooting, no demands provided

Time stamp: 01:05 - we stopped the car to repair it;
01:10 - he start shooting at us.

Note: no demand were given at any point to stop or release the person from custody!
The person did not even tried to release the person from the car, they just killed us and left....
