I would like to report a player for breaking robbery rules and mercy killing.

Situation:
I was driving on the highway when 2 cars with only 1 person in each car stopped me by ramming my vehicle. They attempted to rob/engage me with only 2 players total, which breaks Rule 6.16 requiring at least 2 cars and 4 people for a robbery.

After the situation, I was killed unfairly, which I believe falls under mercy killing / Fail RP.

Broken Rules:

• Rule 6.16 — robbery requires minimum 2 cars and 4 persons I BOTH OF THEM
• Rule 6.13 — Mercy killing is forbidden I Player with id 551037

ID 449584 will receive punishment for FailRP (talking while dead at timestamp 0:53).

Since the demands given by the Ballas did not meet the requirements needed for a valid pull-over demand, it was up to you whether you wanted to stop or not.
