I created this account when EN3 launched, but I do not remember my in-game name clearly. At that time, I also did not properly know the rules or understand General Rule 1.1/1.2.

I was away from the game because I was focusing on my studies. When I came back and opened the game, I saw that my account was blocked. I am sorry if I broke any server rules. I now understand the importance of following GrandRP rules. I have read the rules now, and I promise that I will not repeat this mistake again. I want to play on the EN3 server because my friends are there. I also have an account on EN2, but I want to continue properly on EN3. Please understand my situation and give me one chance to return.
