**1. Leader of Families**
**1) Effort and Experience:**
I want to be the the leader of the Families as I have deep ties to it. The Families Gang is a gang located in central ghetto and it being in the middle of the ghetto makes it accessible and very convenient to RP through out the whole ghetto , and I believe that the time has come for me to take the leadership and attempt to improve the quality of the organization. My interest in running the organization is simple. I have been high command of most organisations in this city whether legal or illegal and I have acquired enough knowledge and confidence and that will help me put the effort in and I feel as though now is the appropriate time to bring that knowledge and experience to Families to make it one of the more successful organizations in the city.
**2). Most Active Org:**
I have realised that out of all organisations Families doesn't deserve the respect it should get , due to the fact that it has a fascinating location within the ghetto and I strongly believe that under my leadership, right staff, High commands and deputies this org can be very successful. I would be encouraging more and more people to RP things out, I would encourage the gang members to even Use (/ Command) to RP. I will be co ordinating with Other Criminal and State organisations to Create several RP scenarios and situations which would be fun , after all we all are here because we love to RP.
With respect to this, it Would automatically encourage other to join the families and we can be active.
**3) Decision Making:**
I feel like as a leader, it is very important on how you make certain decisions maturely in the organisation. In order to do that I would personally build a strong and dedicated high command team that would help me carry out the mission of the families to be on TOP, non-toxic relationship with other gangs and having an open environment around you within the organization . I would be focusing on building relationship with other criminal and state orgs cleaning up the reputation of Families as well as interact with them so that everything is coordinated and runs smoothly resulting in a healthy relationship in all departments . As an effective leader I would also make sure that I am committed to the success of the organization and the gang members of the families.
**My experience in GrandRP:**
I have been part of city for more than 1.5 Years
I have been High Command Of State orgs : FIB
I have been High Commands in almost all gangs: Vagos, Bloods, Families, Ballas
How Can I Improve The RP in the organisation
-> I along with the high command team will ensure that all server/ghetto rules are being followed within the organisation
-> I will make sure that only people who are serious about that gang and would be beneficial to work with are recruited, and not just random people who will cause damage to the organisation and its reputation.
-> Do More Role Playing rather than Roleplaying ; Never Break the RP and if there is an Issue it can be dealt with the curators afterwards.
->Communication between Criminal/State orgs to have a healthy and matured RP.
->I will encourage my guys to get a "Personal Bio" Which might benefit the gang directly or indirectly.
->More Roleplay over Gun Play; gangs are always known to break rules and 95% of the cases its people shooting without an IC reason, I would like to encourage more RP to the gang rather than just shooting random people, That might be responsible to the damage of the organisation.
( I would Like to sincerely apologise for the previous one, I became too excited when I saw the Applications as it has been my dream to be a gang leader)
