Rejected NLR | Marabunta Grande

Dear Admin, this NLR proof is in two parts. These GANG constantly break rules but somehow never get caught. Many times I posted POVs before, but due to pressure I had to close the forum reports not this time. During the submarine event, we killed many Marabunta gang members, and they kept coming back again and again. In the first POV, it is clearly visible that ID 227829 was killed by me, and ID 217192 was also killed. At the end of the same POV, ID 227829 can be seen returning again. I will attach the second part as well because I was sure they would come back to the same place. In the second POV, you can clearly check that ID 217192 also returned after dying. I request the senior admins to please check the submarine event kill logs because not only these two, but several other gang members whose IDs were not clearly visible also broke the NLR rule during this event times.
