I fully respect and appreciate the decisions taken by the administration team, and I understand that admins always act according to the server rules and available evidence. However, I am genuinely confused about my punishment for GR 1.3 because I still do not know what exact action led to my ban.
I have never intentionally violated GR 1.3, scammed anyone, or participated in any suspicious exchange or transaction with other players. At the time of the punishment, I was at my beach market and not involved in anything that I believed could result in such a punishment. I was also completely new to the city and had only been active for around one week, still learning the gameplay and server systems.
My main concern is that I personally do not know what mistake I supposedly made. That is why I respectfully request the administration team to provide the complete proof related to my punishment, including logs, evidence, or any other records that led to this decision. I would genuinely like to understand what I was banned for so I can know the situation from your perspective as well.
