after this situation happend i called simon knight to ask if i am of duty can Drop someone by using LEO power while of duty he said no if person is under cover officer as FIB only in that situation its allowed otherwise it will be consider as Power abuse or GR 6.4

after that 233027 break GR 6.4+Power Abuse+Fear RP as she knows he is shooting still she did (rendom puncing fear rp and power abuse+Gr 6.4)
