Since we are constantly talking and chatting with each other, many players often come near us either to troll or ask for money. Because this became annoying, I usually keep in-game voices muted.
During the Megalodon event, since it is profitable and we did not want to lose the Level 3 payment opportunity, we were continuously fishing while chatting together. At that moment, an admin whose name I mentioned came near my friend and suddenly banned him for 60 days with the reason “fish bot.” Honestly, we could not understand this situation at all.
We are trying to understand on what basis we received this ban, because from our perspective there was no issue at all. We would really appreciate it if the necessary checks and investigations could be carried out. We do not have any problems with anyone, and we are simply a small group of players who do not even engage in illegal activities. We only log in to enjoy the game and spend time together, yet we suddenly face a ban screen.
Speaking personally, there is absolutely no bot involved in this situation. After investing so many days and hours into this game, why would I risk my account over something like a bot for only 35k–40k in-game money? In short, I kindly request a proper review of this case.
If you are still completely certain that it was a bot, then there is nothing more I can say other than respectfully accepting your decision.
