Raisa Carter was born in Russian 1991. Raisa’s father was a American man so thats why his surname is Carter. Before Raisa was born her father was a gun smuggler as well as he was handle a few other illegal things too. Her father quit illegal jobs with Raisa’s born. After Raisa turns 20 y.o he learned about her father’s past, with his cousin Mattheus. Then they decided to handle all illegal jobs like Raisa’s father. Raisa and Mattheus came to Los Santos they was shocked because they wasn’t know anything about LS and LS’s illegal life, the lived on the streets a few months. After a while they met with Moi&Hector. These four people learned how to make lot of Money in a short time and they really worked hard. They added realiable people they met to their families and continued their struggle.
