Rejected Got band for 2 weeks by mistake

Hello,

I would like to formally raise a concern regarding how my case was handled by the admin team.

Earlier today, I was at the gas station located between the small HQ and the green HQ. I saw a group of players there and engaged, which resulted in me killing one individual. Following this, I received a 7-day warning for allegedly killing someone inside their HQ.

Later in the evening, I contacted an admin to clarify the situation. I showed the exact location where the incident occurred, and the same individual I had killed was present there again. I explicitly asked whether that location belonged to Göran’s HQ, and the admin confirmed that it did not.

This indicates that the initial warning was based on incorrect information.

When I attempted to explain this and request a correction, another admin joined the conversation — the same one I had a negative interaction with earlier in the day. The situation became increasingly frustrating, as I felt that my explanation was not being taken seriously. I stated multiple times that I did not wish to continue the discussion with her, and in a moment of frustration, I used the word “fucking” once.

Immediately after this, I was issued a 15-day ban from the entire server.

I believe this situation has been handled unfairly for the following reasons:

• The initial warning appears to have been based on incorrect assumptions
• My attempt to clarify the situation was not properly acknowledged
• My frustration led to a disproportionate punishment

I fully understand the importance of maintaining respectful communication. However, I do not believe that a single instance of inappropriate language, especially under frustration, justifies a 14-day ban — particularly given that the original issue seems to have been mishandled.

I also kindly ask you to understand my situation. I am a very new player, not only to this server and game, but also to PC gaming in general. I recently bought my computer and I am still learning how everything works. I never intended to cause problems or disrespect anyone.

I sincerely apologize for my language and for letting my frustration affect the conversation. It will never happen again, and I truly hope you can forgive me and give me another chance. I genuinely enjoy playing on this server and would really like to continue being part of the community.

I kindly request that this case be reviewed by another member of the admin team, and that both the warning and the ban are reconsidered.
