2.1. First of all, I have extensive experience with this organization and am proficient in most areas. In addition, a leadership position requires advanced skills, strategic thinking, foresight, experience, and the ability to assess the situation and understand every detail of the organization. And these qualities alone are never enough. To possess all of these, you must demonstrate sufficient determination and integrate your skills with your experience. Otherwise, all the experience we’ve gained becomes meaningless; I trust my abilities and will utilize them to the fullest while managing this organization. Furthermore, I have highly experienced colleagues who will provide me with far more than just full support. I have overcome many challenges in the past and have observed and analyzed the mistakes made by previous leaders. For example, issues like favoritism toward certain individuals... During my tenure, I will not repeat these mistakes and will completely eliminate such problems. I will never back down or fall short; everything will be done exactly
2.2. Another reason I want to lead this organization is that I possess the necessary experience and leadership skills. I have certain principles in life, and these are principles I will never change or compromise on. To name a few of my principles: show the people around you the love and respect they deserve, avoid lying, be disciplined, be professional, help others as much as you can, and never consider yourself superior to anyone... I believe that one of the golden keys to managing a group is maintaining communication and working with experienced people. And I possess all these qualities. We must also coordinate with one another. This way, we can work more effectively. We must have confidence in ourselves; otherwise, people will always doubt and won’t be able to do their best. This way, we too can do our best.

In the past, many leaders and their assistants were my friends, so I know their working styles very well; as a result, I now know this organization inside and out, which gives me a significant advantage. I also have a thorough understanding of all the rules leaders must follow. This will allow me to minimize mistakes during my term. Furthermore, I will put an end to the major issue of inactivity. From now on, the LSPD will always be active and participate in every event.
2.4. Generally speaking, these facilities do not experience staffing shortages during daytime hours; however, the number of staff can drop to as few as 5 to 7 people at night. This is a widespread and serious problem; gangs often exploit this situation to carry out activities such as nighttime store robberies and to gain the upper hand against the police. To prevent this, I will provide special bonuses to the relevant staff and thereby eliminate the problem. As I mentioned earlier, the LSPD will always be active. Additionally, I will work with highly experienced individuals who know exactly what needs to be done to assist me in this effort, and together we will make the LSPD extremely strong; crime rates on the highways will decrease, and people will be afraid to commit crimes in areas where the LSPD is present. In short, the LSPD will reach its strongest term during my term!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. No More Activity Issues: We will ensure LSPD is active 24/7. From what I've seen in previous periods, usually only 5-6 people are active at night, which is a major problem. To prevent this, I plan to create a separate bonus and promotion system for night shift employees. Employees who fulfill their assigned tasks will be more motivated to work harder, we will see an active LSPD at all hours of the day, and LSPD will consistently achieve good results in activities. In other words, LSPD will be more active and perform better than in previous term.
3.2. My plan for the HRT department will involve much more advanced training and controls. For example, if an officer is struggling, HRT will retrain them, send them on patrol, and show them the correct RP commands and how to use them properly, to ensure all officers get their jobs right the first time. We will have a very professional team to help everyone hired, address all their problems, and do nothing that would cause them to become disillusioned with the organization.
3.3. My plan for the Internal Affairs department is this: Everyone hired will be thoroughly vetted; their experience, English level, fluency, credentials, and many other aspects of their background will be examined. This will ensure that no one is treated unfairly, and that the level of role-playing within the organization remains much higher and does not decline thanks to the presence of the right people.
3.4. Check Points: We have concerns regarding the safety of these roads. Furthermore, highways are the locations most frequently targeted by gangs and criminal networks for robbing people. We plan to prevent this rise in crime. During peak crime hours, we will form a convoy and patrol the highways together. By never separating from one another and maintaining constant communication, we will ensure the safety of the highways. We will apprehend criminals and ensure they receive the appropriate punishment. In this way, we will keep the highways safe and increase our RP level.
3.5. Ghetto patrols will always be conducted successfully with a high level of professionalism and sufficient manpower, ensuring that crimes committed by gangs are minimized.
