First of all, I hope you're doing well. I secured my account with Two Factor authentication, but my authenticator code was lost when my email address was deleted. I then changed the email address to [email protected], and the secret key I had screenshotted was also lost when I changed my phone. One evening, when I logged into the game, I realized I had lost both and couldn't access the game anymore. I swear to you, I'm telling the truth, I had a BattlePass premium account, I was level 20, and I put a lot of effort into that account. It shouldn't be lost like this. I even had around 60 hours on the 50-hour car. I swear to you, that's my account, and I don't enjoy the game without it. I've invested over 500 hours. Please, please cancel Two Factor authentication so I can get my account back. I'm waiting for a reply to my email, and I'm sure you'll help me. Thank you.
