1) From the starting of my journey I have remained in gangs. I have been a part of all gangs all loved to live life as a gangster. I have learned almost everything about gang and also lead the events on by my own. Now I think I am ready to run my own gang and have a new experience as a gang leader and families will be the best because of its unique location situated in front of ballas and near arena which makes the area around families crowdy.
2) In the past families has got many great leaders but I will try to become greatest leader not only for the families but for whole gang term ever. There will be 24/7 activity in my term. I will keep a pretty good bonus system by which other gang members will also be attracted and my gang will be even more active. I know leadership is not very easy as I have seen many terms who were hardly able to do weekly tasks and even getting disbanded for inactive or turf. But I am ready to face any challenge which comes in the path of me leadership.
3) In the city leos are united and do a great team work but in the case of gang it's different they keep killing and targetting each other. I want to unite all the gangs and and do the possible events by which leos have to take their step back for sure and will be so much fun. I want to capture 100% turf season by bringing the best turf team and it won't be a afk season.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) In the starting of my journey I was very feared of rule breaks as we can get demorgan or even ban. So, I will my self teach the new people of the city about the rp of gang side by which they won't do any kind of rulebreaks and have fun.
2) I will not allow toxicity in my gang as many people are toxic in the city and ruin the atmosphere of events cause of their toxicity. I will directly blacklist them.
3) I will not do favouritism and also not allow to do favouritism to anyone. People who will proof themselves will only get ranks.
