Life story :
Jessica was born in 1993 in Los Santos in the ghetto, from a young age Jessica was exposed to criminal activities because of the neighbourhood he lived in which he himself participated in many criminal activities many times, his father was an alcoholic without a job and his mother worked two jobs all day and night to feed him and make his life better , Jessica started doing small crimes like stealing vehicles robbing and pickpocketing And he participated in underworld fighting matches and in those fights he used his knowledge and experience of martial arts, boxing, later he participated in criminal activities such as trafficking , murders , drug dealing with his few friends who were his only support at the time and with whom he spent most of his time because his mother worked two jobs and from then on he started to do illegal weapon dealing with other gangs but there were also other groups who were dealing with illegal weapons which created disparities , one day a big shootout takes place in the center of the ghetto against the rival group in which Jessica and his friends were outnumbered , Jessica manages to get out of that shootout but is shot by a gang in the stomach Jessica manages to escape from there but his two best friends are wounded and then killed by the gang, Jessica saw it all, but from the loss of blood he falls unconscious, Jessica wakes up a few days later in the main hospital of Los Angeles , and realizes what happened and got depressed because he lost his only friends after a few days he decided to take a major decision so that it would not happen again to anyone else or himself in future , he decided that when he recovers to go on a good path , he realized that everything has consequences, bad things and good things and turns his story around.
Carrier story :
Jessica, after all the bad things in his life, decided to joins an organization called "SAHP" , and there he used his experience and knowledge of how to fight to help others and so that this would not happen to anyone however he had a problem with money no matter how much he worked he did not get as much money as he needed . After a few years in SAHP, During one working day, he is captured by a gang on highway , he was held hostage, after getting tourtured , they ask him if he wants to be their man but in a state organization, to which Jessica saw a chance for a better life , Jessica accepted the offer, negotiations took place and he was saved, He stayed a little longer in SAHP but soon joined "FIB" to get more information and help the gang where he is to this day, He continues his corruption, meets new people with whom he cooperates and continues his career successfully.
Outcomes :
1. Jessica can take Bribes to become hostage (upto Max 100k).
2. Jessica can Lie about providing lawyer and he can refuse to read the Miranda Rights to the 10-15
3. Jessica can detain any one on a false charge and then demand a bribe or weapons from them for their release and whoever fail to give him the bribe maybe arrested.(100k max) (No Force RP)
4. Jessica can refuse to show his ID to any civilian and any other orgs Leo’s to save himself while doing corruption. (While Doing Corruption and with an RP situation)
5.Jessica can break suspect's bodycam using /try command in proper Rp (2x per Situation and no /do)
6. Jessica can take bribe of Max 100k to initiate jailbreaks,(with Darknet task or using USB) or release a 10-15
7. Jessica can rob/kill citizens in the ghetto, in secluded areas with the help his friends while off duty (following GH 1.8 and SR 5.5)(not against Leo's)
8. Jessica can interrogate/rob/kill anyone who create trouble for Corruption or FIB. ( With proper RP and when situation is fit only )
9. Jessica can plant drugs and/or Illegal Items on 10-15 to arrest them. (Using / me and with proper RP reason)
10. Jessica can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping
