Rejected Ban for PC check denied self report I Tom Jackson

Hello dear project management, I, Zaku, was banned on 4.8.25 for PC check self-report. On that day I wasn't even in-game because at that time I was banned for a PC check. My first ban on DE03 happened when I was playing Fortnite; friends wrote to me that I was permanently banned and sent me pictures. When I wrote to Tom about it, I was ignored until today. Recently, I got interested in Grand again, so I am writing this application for unbanning and clarification of this case. I hope to be unbanned. Best regards, Zaku
