previously I have reported someone which is using some Turkish insults words in his signature and Mr. Bobby said "Punishment will be issued." but I dont know how this guy still keeps opening forums and his forum account didnt got banned and he keeps doing forums he gives reactions to peoples forums at January 31 Mr. Bobby said punishment will be issued to his account because of signature and at april 18 he kept doing forums Rejected - ban for project disrespect | eray black and Mr. Bobby said "Answers been clear, forum banned for spamming appeals!" he didnt appealed for any ban at Main GrandRP discord server

As per forum ban, not all bans are permanent bans and the individuals in game punishment has not changed and signature has been removed.
