Dear Respected Seniors
I recently just finished 2 successfull terms as FIB Director. When my second term started on the 4th of April , There was a issue with the raid script where i wasn't able to raid gangs. That issue lasted till the 3rd last day of my second term.
For 2 months me , my deputies , and my whole FIB team have put countless hours in making casefiles , day in day out. We kept trying to raid gangs and we kept encountering the same issue , "You can only raid between 19:00 and 00:00".
How my term went: 27 Raids , 57 days with only 1 verbal , High activity.
I had ooc commitments but i still went in city for 4-7 Hours everyday , made sure FIB completes daily tasks , No FIB broke any rules for 57 days straight. My CID Department worked overtime , collecting a casefile per day on average. We kept complying to the curators demands , Curators were very happy and satisfied with my preformance.
I am the first leader after Anvy Verlice to take 2 successfull terms and that was around about 1 year ago. That speaks for itself. A lot of Adminds and past leaders and current leaders were complementing me of how good FIB was being ran. I've tried my utter best for 60 days straight , Doing a gang raid everyday untill the raid script stopped working , Maintaining high activity at every event , Keeping FIB out of ooc trouble , Complying to Curators , completing requirements for hoodie within the first term. A lot of people were saying "FIB standards has been restored".
For 60 days straight FIB was dominating.
Raid Season Issue: I believe i had 23 or 24 valid raids out of 25. So i am 1 raid short of 25.
My argument: If there was no raid script bug , i would have had 50+ raids in my 60 days. We had a casefile each day on average. Me , my deputies and the whole FIB team did our part in securing two successfull terms under 2 warns. The raid script bug was not our issue but it seems like its our issue due to not completing the requirements for the Black Mikachu Hoodie. Now i am missing 1 or 2 raids for the requirement but there would've been 50+ different raids from which the curators could've chosen from and reward my hoodie. Every day since the raid script was bugged , I kept asking seniors when the issue will be resovled and nobody could've given me a straight answer. I asked my curators and they said the dont know when it will be fixed. I was kept on a string of hope for 27 days for a glimmer of hope that the raid issue will be resolved in time so that i can complete the requirement for my hoodie. However it only got fixed when i had 3 days left of my term.
The issue was resolved too late and i only managed to fit in 2 raids in my last 3 days. On the saturday 3rd of may 2026 we encounterd a raid issue once again , "There is a raid already going on". Then we did a Black Market Raid and waited 30min. Then we tried again and the same issue was given. We asked curators and they said there's nothing the can do. Again , Another day gone which we couldnt do a raid.
Like i stated earlier , We did our part. We did countless hours every day for 60 days straight. I only had 1 verbal in 57 days. Our average activity per event was atleast 15+ FIB. The proofs are there. We complied with the curator demands. No leader rules was broken. There was no toxicity , unprofessionalism or anything as such kind for 60 days. Yes everyone make mistakes but there was minimal mistakes made during the 2 terms.
As my curator would know , Kevin Balenciaga and Sinister Armani , I was complemented from a lot of admins of good FIB was doing.
I am a person who doesnt take priviledges for granted , I take responsibility for every task that was given to me , My curators trusted me for the 2 terms , And i was a great role model for those below me showing what charateristics it takes to be a good and successful leader.
After all this said , Bobby i ask you to please consider your decision and rewarding my the FIB Black Mikachu Hoodie. For making a issue that wasn't my issue is unfair after what i did for FIB and what FIB has accomplished under my leadership. I've set good standards for the future leaders. I've shown my FIB team how to run FIB properly, and it showed through all the compliments we received
All i ask for fairness.
