Hello,

While we were on patrol with a suspect and heading to DOC,
he started speaking arabic and used insulting our mothers in moroccan dialect specifically after that he attempted to insult us again in english but it seemed he did not speak english properly and ended up insulting himself instead shortly after that , he left the city.

Violations involved:
