I opened a form and you said there is no ban on your account and turn off the VPN, but I closed everything and I still couldn't log in. My IP address is blocked. I want my IP address to be unblocked.

ID and the IP is not banned, restart your net and PC and do not use a VPN and attempt to log in again.
