When Thomas confronted the doctor with a photo, the truth came out: the person he knew as Alexia was actually a criminal named Jhonny. He had used plastic surgery to erase his identity after a lifetime of betraying others. The person Thomas loved was a lie, a predator using him for a normal cover story.

1. Thomas can refuse to show his ID to protect her privacy and corrupt activities.
2. Thomas can accept bribes or weapons from 10-15 to release them (100k max).
