I worked hard to prepare myself both physically and mentally for the challenges of policing. I trained to improve my endurance, decision-making skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure. I also focused on learning about laws, procedures, and the importance of teamwork. I understood early on that being an officer is not about authority, but about responsibility and integrity.
After joining the police department in Los Santos, I committed myself to serving the community with honor and professionalism. My goal is to reduce crime, build trust with citizens, and ensure that justice is applied fairly. I believe a true officer must be disciplined, respectful, and courageous.
