Family Description: BLACKOUT is a disciplined and organized family built on loyalty, silence, and strategic growth. Operating from the shadows, the family focuses on business, events, and long-term dominance within the city.
Story:
Zephyrus Black was born in a small town. He came from a broken home. His parents were drunks who barely even remembered his name. Most nights Zeph was out on the streets surviving with nothing but salt and rice given by a kind neighbor. One evening while digging through trash, Zeph found an old envelope covered in dirt. Inside it was a cruise ticket to a city called 'Los Santos' with a short note:
“Happy Birthday, Son.”
No name. No explanation.
He took it as a sign, packed whatever he could and boarded the ship.
Los Santos was a mess, but Zeph adapted fast. At first he started doing small jobs in a drug lab and adapted quickly to the methods. With all the connections and experience he gained, Zeph slowly built his own operation. He only took disciplined people; hustlers, drivers, suppliers, shooters, and businessmen who worked calm under pressure and knew how to keep their mouth shut. He soon found himself standing in rooms with politicians and dirty cops. As connections grew and alliances formed, the name BLACKOUT quietly became known across Los Santos.

Family Rules: Respect all family members, allies, and server rules at all times.

Members are expected to maintain professionalism and composure during family activities and interactions.
Any form of disloyalty, leaking information, or working against the family will result in immediate removal.
Members must represent BLACKOUT positively both inside and outside the city.

10 — Admiral: Founder and leader of BLACKOUT. Responsible for all major decisions, leadership, and the future of the family.
9 — Commander: Second-in-command of the family. Oversees operations, leadership duties, and assists the Admiral with managing the organization.
8 — Lead Turfer: Trusted high command responsible for supervising family activities, maintaining discipline, and guiding lower ranks. Can lead Store Robberies. Leads Turf and events
7 — Captain: Experienced members responsible for leading teams during events, operations, and family activities.
6 — Sentinel: Members who play a major role in the family’s business operations, coordination, and financial growth. Can lead Highway Robberies.
5 — Lieutenant: Reliable and respected members trusted with organizing activities and helping maintain order within the family.
4 — Hitman: Active members responsible for assisting higher ranks, supporting recruits, and contributing consistently to the family. Ability to apply for Turfer Role
3 — Agent: Official members of BLACKOUT who actively participate in family events, tasks, and operations.
2 — Scout: Members currently proving their loyalty, activity, and dedication before becoming official employees of BLACKOUT.
