I had a 3 stars bounty on me so i had previously asked admin if im allowed to roam in the city in an armoured car so that i dont get shot and killed! he said yes but no in ghetto! So here i was sitting outside my house not in ghetto when cops come to arrest me! they didnt know it was an armoured car and they were laughing at each other and even i was telling them it was an armoured car and then i get demorgan! I was not aware of this rule GR 6.21 because i had asked an admin if im allowed to use an armoured car when i have bounty! all in pov and ss!
