How the event works: The people of Los Santos were tasked with bringing their best ride to the track behind Casino, LSPD announced that all cars are welcome no matter the looks, speed or style. LSPD made a strict start and finish line that must be obeyed.

- No burnouts or ramming on or off the track.
- All cars must be parked properly on the start line.
- Personal cars only — no faction or organization vehicles allowed.
- Respect all officers involved and fellow participants at all times.
Prize for the winner(s): 1st place 300k 2nd place 150k 3rd place 50k
