I believe the wrong decision was made as I made a post for GR 3.2 where someone insulted my mom saying he's gonna "f my mom" and "your moms a d head". He was only given a silence for these extreme phrases. If this somehow doesn't cross the line of being a ban rather than a mute I would like an explanation. In the proofs I attached the video of the incident as well as the punishment that was made.

POV does not show full situation, give full situation to be considered. Also you have no business to be there, so stop provoking other players, it will lead to harsh punishments.
