User 413756 is currently being held hostage and has already received a penalty in a previous forum post. My complaint here is that [FIB] players are randomly shooting at us while we are being held hostage. As seen in the video, they kill my friend 442355, and doesn't this fall under RDM (Random Deathmatch) where shooting while being held hostage is prohibited? Even if 413756 is the one breaking the rules, isn't this still against the rules? And then at 1:26 in the video, I get 5 stars for no reason, and this happens to us every day. Can you check this in the records? Isn't this exploiting loopholes in the game, getting meaningless 5 stars intermittently against our AKYAZI team? This happens to us every day.

Also, this same situation was already been handled here.
There is no clear evidences about a corruption and not clear evidences about them giving wanted stars for no reason.

As you can see here, we saw our friends while walking down the road and we were coming out of a robbery. Then we saw this person, [FIB]413756, opening fire on our friends, and we helped them. We were going to rob this person, but even though we outnumbered him and had weapons, he first failed...
