Life Story :
Ace Akatsuki was born in Ahmedabad, India. His humble background was from a low-middle class family who had faced lots of difficulties but never compromised on their values and morals of honesty and compassion. They educated him in a way that he learned how to survive on minimal funds in childhood in a small town; He used candlelight for studying, went hungry to feed his little brother, and silently observed his parents ruining themselves so that he could succeed one day. Changing someone's life was always his motive. After having that dream, he went solo and without any help to San Andreas where he used to study law enforcement during the day and work during the night, therefore life became tough for him. Nevertheless, it all paid off when he became part of San Andreas Highway Patrol and after two years of his dedication for his nation, he got promoted to Chief Commander of SAHP.
Career Story:
I joined SAHP out of genuine intentions to do something worthwhile. Being an immigrant from Ahmedabad, I came to San Andreas with no means at all and managed to build myself a life. I had several odd jobs, studied criminal justice on the side and once I managed to join SAHP, I felt I made it. I did not sign up for some glorious role of a hero. It was all about helping people. Having joined IA and teaching people how not to receive strikes became a passion. However, sooner I started noticing certain peculiarities. It became obvious that some officers were allowed through the system thanks to their connections and others faced harsh treatment because of poverty and lack of connections.
For a while, I was able to ignore those facts. However, I slowly started understanding that it makes no sense to follow regulations of a corrupt system. My old friend from college who happened to become prosperous in the other part of the city did not try to force me to do anything, but showed how beneficial it can be not to say a thing if you possess information and know someone important in high places. Hence, I do my IA work. Still train new people how to not get strike. Background checks, patrol routes, a few things here and there — nothing crazy, but enough to make sure I’m never powerless again. I don’t feel guilty. I just stopped being native.
Outcomes:
1) Ace Akatsuki can take bribes from 10-15 (up to 100k)
2) Ace Akatsuki can lie about a lawyer to his 10-15 that no lawyer available and refuse to show his id
3) Ace Akatsuki can arrest someone by putting fake charges if he don't like them (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
4) Ace Akatsuki can engage in any criminal activity such as ghetto clap, robbing and pickpocketing
5) Ace Akatsuki can use illegal weapons and drugs on duty and can sell and buy them on/off duty from someone or black market
6) Ace Akatsuki on duty can take away illegal or legal stuff from 10-15 instead of confiscation (for personal use)
7) Ace Akatsuki can take orders from Darknet to help his friends and initiate jailbreaks.
8) Ace Akatsuki can let the suspects go if the suspects are Family members or Friends.
9) Ace Akatsuki can try search for bodycam ( /try searches for bodycam ) and can break it for his safety ( /do breaks bodycam ) (2 times per situation)
