I am writing to appeal my ban, which was unfairly increased. I purchased a new copy of the game to start fresh and was initially given a 2-month ban. I accepted this punishment and have already waited for more than 2 months. However, for no reason, my ban has now been changed to a 9999-day permanent ban.

I am providing the original screenshot of my 2-month ban as proof. If you check the account now, you will see it has been changed to a permanent ban. I am sharing this so you can believe me and see the mistake. Every player is allowed to have 2 accounts, but both of mine have been unfairly banned. I request you to unban my other account as well; if needed, I will file a separate complaint for that one later. Please fix this error and restore my access, as I have already served the original 2-month sentence

Nobody cares about new ID, you will never play again as cheater. This ban is by EAC, you are forbidden by System to ever play again. Stop trying.
