Dear CoPs,
I recently tried to login into my Account, when I realized that my Account was blocked by Michael Morell due to 4.1 (Ragecheating). At the moment, my account got blocked (Time in ban-screen), I normally played on the server and played my Events, like a gang razzia at 19:47 or a car race at 20:17 the same evening. The next day, I was shocked about the ban screen and tried to explain to myself the ban reason.
I did some research, but afer everything, I didn´t found an explanation for my ban, so I created a complaint against Michael Morell for banning my account due to 4.1 Ragecheating. One day later, my complaint got rejected by Lexy White, explaining my HWID ist blocked and that there is (in practice) no possibility that a cheater actually hat the same HWID as I have at this moment.
I am playing Grand RP now for more than 3,5 years and I immediately distanced myself from Cheating oder players, so support Cheating. I didn´t ever hat any external software on my PC and I will never have one like this. Therefore, I can´t understand my ban. If you want, you can check my PC and you will find no external software, because I don´t have one and I didn´t had one.
If it is necessary, I am ready to talk with you about the situation, because this ban is definitely not correct. I didn´t cheat, I am not cheating and I will never cheat. This must be a mistake.
I hope, that u will unban my HWID, because there is no illegal external Software on my PC and I didn´t do anything with cheating. I mean, players are making jokes about my skills, for example in shooting events.
