2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I have been Playing the RP for quite long time and to gaining 2x Leadership well as Lots of time deputy but after Reaching a lot in state Rp, and now after getting a lot from state and now begin with something which i always want to be in the gang and from years seeing the Ghetto and events against every i see the only gang dominating its Bloods With Their Great leader Dominating the Events which i am planning the same
2) As My Motive Is to Focus on 100% On gang activity Spamming events to make other people see and join our Gang to make Active member high all time possible so its also be fun for gang and leos as well better than siting in hq and be afk all time with minimum activity
3) And myself i will make my Gang Fun all time making every day a new memories for everyone and build trust between us, without any trouble and issues and keeping it simple always.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I would encourage my gang to participate in maximum events daily because previously many members got bored due to low activity and lack of Fun they have in other term ends which caused them to leave the gang, i have planned is to keep the organization active by regularly doing hostage situations, robberies, and other gang related events so members always stay engaged and enjoy the RP experience, I also plan to recruit new members who recently turned Level 5 so they can gain experience, build trust within the gang, and learn from other member. I would encourage everyone to interact more with leos and other gangs to create better and more enjoyable RP events helping improve both gang activity and overall city roleplay.
