Dear Higher-Ups,
It’s Emre again, and I would like to speak regarding the recent forum situation and my Leader Blacklist.
First of all, I want to sincerely apologize for my actions. I understand why the situation looked bad from the outside, and I fully take responsibility for sharing the interview questions document. However, I would like to explain the situation properly and honestly from my side.
The document I shared was an old interview question sheet from 2023 that I found publicly available online through social media and YouTube leaks. The channel that posted these kinds of leaks has been publicly sharing Grand RP content for a long time, including things that honestly should not even be public. I did not create the document, and I did not use it to gain an unfair advantage during any actual interview process.
The only reason I used it was for practice with my friend before her interview. During that time, I clearly told her not to cheat or use leaked answers during the real interview itself. We only used it as practice material to improve our understanding and knowledge. She never used any leaked answers during the actual interview, and I personally have never even had the opportunity to attend a leadership interview myself due to previous OOC issues.
I understand that even practicing with leaked material was still wrong, and I fully admit that mistake. Looking back, I should have known better and avoided it completely regardless of it being publicly available. But I genuinely never intended to harm the server, abuse the system, or cheat my way into anything.
I am still a relatively new player on Grand RP, and while I have strong RP knowledge from other RageMP/FiveM projects where I held high positions as an admin, leader, and even owner, I am still learning Grand RP’s specific systems and standards. Since joining, I have had a real passion for becoming a Leader, Deputy, or eventually an Admin when I turn 18 in January. My applications and activity should hopefully show how serious I am about contributing positively to the server.
Honestly, in all my years of roleplay, I have rarely seen a project as successful and enjoyable as Grand RP. Every server has issues, but the fact that so many people continue coming back, even ban evaders, only proves how valuable and enjoyable this project is. People genuinely want to spend their time and money here because the server is worth it.
I truly believe I can positively contribute to the community if I am given one opportunity to prove myself. I am even planning to bring one of my close friends/brothers from Türkiye who is a well-known media personality, which could also help bring more attention and players to the server in the future.
I am not trying to avoid punishment or act innocent. I accept responsibility for my mistake, and I am willing to accept consequences such as a money wipe if necessary. I have invested a lot of time, effort, and money into this server, and I genuinely do not want to lose the chance to continue growing here because of one bad decision that came from poor judgment rather than malicious intent.
All I respectfully ask is for one chance to prove myself and for my Leader Blacklist to please be reconsidered. I sincerely apologize once again for my actions and for disappointing the staff team.
