Yesterday I was playing, and the VPN I use suddenly disconnected, which caused me to get kicked from the game. After some time, I tried to open the game again and found out that I had been banned for using cheating programs. I was very surprised at that moment. I believe there has been a misunderstanding because I saw another player with a similar picture/profile receiving the same punishment.
hope you can understand my situation. I have never used any cheating programs during the two years I have spent on this server, and I honestly do not know the reason for my ban. I do not even play turfs or anything similar — I usually just do office missions and hang out with my friends inside the Beach Market. Please review my case. I am ready for a PC check at any time. Thank you.
