2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I will tell you why I want to be a leader of The Families, first of all, I won't type "I was born and died in gang/ghetto" because it's stupid and boring I will tell you the truth.
When i just started to play on the server I wanted to be a gangster I tried many gangs and all the gangs rejected me but the only gang that really wanted to invite people was this gang they asked me questions and even told me how can I be better as gang member and they just took me as a project when I was just newbie and accepted me, after this day I started to give my heart and my life for The Families, I know that the lead changed many of times but it doesn't matter because when you are loving something its hard to let it go, so the best that I can return in back it's just like The Families received me with open arms, I want to keep the tradition and let to newbie players in the city, change to being a gangster and I won't reject them immediately.
In addition, from my experience in the city, the families weren't the strongest gang for a long time, so I want to return The Families back to the competition, to show the city that The Families are not just color they are also here and they need to worry from us.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
First of all, I will begin with the most important thing, as you know RP Rules important than everything in order to keep abide by the rules, gangsters that will be found breaking RP rules will be blacklisted immediately.
As you know a gang is known as a group of people that transmit horror and fear to those around them in order to do that we will take part in the mass activity of Hostage Situations, Street Fights, an activity that gangs do in their daily routine.
Just like I wrote I will teach new players that just came to city, the option to be gangster after they will answer me correctly on the answers that I will ask them about Greenzone rules, RP rules, Ghetto rules and events rules.
If they are not answering I will teach them and just after they are ready to get tested again I will ask them. I won’t reject their option to be gangster because everyone wants to try something new and how knows might be they will in the future something good.
In order to return The Families back to the competition just like I promised, the gang needs to show also their activity in gang events, Submarine, Clandestine shops, and battleships without taking part in these events the gang will lose its reputation.
