Your friend goes outside mega mall shoots at cops, runs back inside and continues fighting. You then pull your gun out and start shooting LEOS. Lets not forget how many IC laws you are breaking by open carrying, brandishing a firearm and attempted murder of LEO.
Megamall is IC event, cops can arrest if you are breaking the law which you clearly did.
