Dear Curator of Project,

I am writing to formally request a review of my account suspension and to resolve the situation in a fair and cooperative way.

My main account (ID 30877) was suspended due to a refund. Shortly after, out of frustration and lack of knowledge, I created a second account (ID 313419) in order to continue playing. I now fully understand that creating another account violated the rules and made the situation worse. I sincerely apologize for this mistake.

I want to emphasize that I genuinely wish to continue using your service long-term and have no intention of breaking any rules. In hindsight, I should have contacted support immediately instead of taking matters into my own hands.

I am fully willing to cooperate and resolve this properly. If required, I am prepared to:

• repay the refunded amount
• cover any additional fees or penalties
• have the secondary account permanently closed
• follow any further steps necessary to resolve this matter

My goal is to clear this situation and continue playing in full compliance with the rules in the future.

I kindly ask you to review my case and let me know what steps are necessary for a possible reinstatement.
