2.1 I have a lot of experience in gangs, i have gained experience for 2.5 years i have been deputy multiple times and i have been leading gangs as deputy for long time, I learned a lot during my time as Deptuy and hc in gang i am sure i will be great leader for bloods, ill be sure that am leader who dosent reveive warnings. i can achive things in bloods being a leader.
2.2 i believe i have great leadership skills, i have gained enough experience, i have enough knowledge what is correct and what is not correct based on my experience.
2.3 i think bloods was one of the best gangs. but there days ive seen bloods weak and not Acvtive enough to role ghetto, I will make sure that Bloods is active and the strong gang in the state ,My goals is to complete the term without warns and be active, complete 100% turfs.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will be improving RP by doing Great Bonus system for people who want to get money being active in gangs, also activity is most important thing to improve RP for that gang will be 100% in grafitti si everyone can get money and be active in Bloods, we will also be doing High Way Robbery, Hostage Situation, FZ Raid, I wll also put HC that have skills leading the gang and have enough experience to lead gangs
3.2 I will interact more with Leos by Doing Highway Robbery, FZ raid, gun store&24/7 Store, Subs, Bloods will be active against leos and other gangs, Bloods will also be active in Ghetto fighting with gangs, raiding gangs HQ robbing other gangs in Ghetto, Graffiti War and ill make sure Bloods will be most active gang and Dominate Everything.
