1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
The main reason I would like to become an admin is to improve the RP experience the players have. In my time working in almost all state organisations (except NG), I've built a solid understanding of how state operates. Working in positions like Director of IA in Government, SSA in DOJ and Deputy Director in FIB. In this short time I have solidified my experience in how state and the city should operate, and have too felt the frustration when there are outliers than ruin the RP experience for everyone involved by breaking rules or being toxic OOC stemming from an IC interaction. My goal would be to create a more fun and friendly environment for all players in the city.

Director (IA Captain) - Government
Senior State Attorney - DOJ

3. What are your strengths?
Problem solver, a keen eye for detail, patient and friendly, perfectionist, helpful and informative, a good explainer, unbiased and an incredibly fast learner.
4. What are your weaknesses?
The perfectionism can occasionally lead to overthinking, but when unsure I will speak to others to gain a more informed opinion.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I have worked in many high pressure environments, and can do what is needed and expected, sometimes even going above and beyond. I'm punctual and can respond quickly and ensure players receive a helpful response that resolves their concerns.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I don't own any businesses.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?

Although my time in the city has been relatively shorter than many, I believe I have still built the foundational knowledge required to take on the responsibility. This can be evidenced by the positions I have held due to my ability and skillset.
