1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
For some time, it has been a goal of mine to be able to become an admin in GrandRP, however I didn't want to do that until I reached a certain level in FIB, I wanted to first get a feel for being high up in FIB and I've had the chance to do just that. Leaving the RP life won't be an issue for me because I feel like I have completed that part. I've had multiple business', a collection of houses, been a HC in an Unofficial Org, have some of the best cars in the city, gotten some of the best clothing in city and much more. Therefore I feel I have completed that side of my story in GrandRP.

3. What are your strengths?
I am very observant, strong sense of intuition, understanding and calm in high pressure situations, passionate about whatever job I have, willing to go above and beyond to create a joyful environment for people.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Due to me being observant, I tend to overthink some situation and attempt to guess someone actions before they do it, however I have learnt to be present and let things play out how they should to be able to see and know the actual outcome before coming to a decision on what needs to be done to take care of the situation.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
My ability to stay calm under immense pressure helps me create an environment where difficult situations can be handled quickly and without mistakes. My extensive background in gaming and leading groups in my University Projects sets me up to potentially one day being able to be the person that people come to when unsure of situations when admins who are higher than me are unavailable.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I do not have a business.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
Nothing
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
Although I am a newer ID, I have spent a considerable amount of time in city and have learnt a lot of the rules and know exactly which rules matter in certain situations. I have also spent a considerable amount of time with some admins when they show up to situations and have learnt how they operate which has led me to learn vicariously how to behave, act and deal with situation professionally. Also, I know I was recently banned for 3 days on the 27th of April, however Id like to state that I have taken that punishment and took the appropriate measures to not let it happen again. That was the first and last time I was banned and haven't been punished since and I haven't broken any rules since nor do I plan to.
