2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to become Chief of LI because even though I've been in different legal organizations in this city, the most time in an organization which I spent is in LifeInvader, therefore the love I have for this organization along with the motivation leads me to write this application and try to server LifeInvader as a leader.
- I've spent several months and gained experience gradually under several leaders and even got to learn important things under some of them, the information they left for us high commands at that time so that we could succeed them, now it's my turn to work as a Chief and set an example for upcomers. Also knowing the experienced colleagues in organization and having their support would play an important role in me becoming the leader and since they already acknowledge the concept of constructive criticism it will be easier for me to lead them flawlessly.
- Since I did not yet serve the city as a leader yet, I would like to not only put in my efforts to improve this organization but also gather opinions/suggestions and put them in action, I'd like this opportunity to set an example that the effort one does as a leader is not for fame, rather to make changes while keeping everything together on the same line. As a leader I would also connect all the people within the organization and solve matters + relations as much as I can, environment plays a crucial role in motivating people to work and since I'm good at maintaining a good environment for employees I will prove to be a good leader.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- First and foremost after spending time around several resellers & people in the city I've noticed the frustration they all commonly show because of the continuous increased AD price such as $5.000 which not only demotivates resellers in this city but also directly affects the economy, so to sort that I'll mainly focus on the ADs department, our priority will be to not let AD prices be absurdly high by keeping the AD flow smooth with as many editors as possible. We will encourage citizens to join without a second thought by reworking on a few things to make them better and raising awareness on how trainee's can practice for their tests, there's a minority of trainee's who feel like they don't have anyone to guide them and give test without clearing any doubts which eventually leads to them getting demotivated/giving up after failing ADs test.
- To encourage the hiring of people and work of the HR department I would improve the bonus system of training Editors for ADs so that there's no room for mistake, and so if people are requesting tests there would be several HC's available at the spot, I've observed the lack of interest of high commands in taking tests and training new editors who freshly join so I'd greatly focus on that in my term.
- Next I would spread awareness of how crucial the ticket system of LI is, for families, for organizations, by firstly sorting prices list to fit demands of both LI and the customer so that it also encourages the customers to regularly request things like broadcasts which increase RP in the server generally, organizations in which new leaders are appointed usually tend to ping citizens in their organization's emails but rarely opt this feature to invite citizens to their organizations. I have also noticed the excessive use of AI to generate the posters etc in tickets which is barely appealing to citizen, it simply looks low effort so I'll sort that whole system in my term.
- Lastly, while focusing on the departments mentioned above, I will not neglect the recently inactive departments such as News and IA etc, I would try my level best to bring old new reporters back who were previously neglected, I will make sure that their work is not only appreciated but their bonuses won't be meaningless, they'll be paid according to the effort they put in their work. In my term we higherups will be open to suggestions and will not ignore them, instead work on things needing improvement to make it a comfortable working space for the upcoming LI employees as well.
