iam openning a forum for player do mass rulebreak he brock multiple rule in the city in deferent situation i will provide to you all the pov and explanation
1- at first her he kill me at blackmarket without any reason and this heer is rdm
2- and her as you can see i do a fight with him and i kill him but aftet he got killed he start typing in rp chat and this is Fail rp
3- and her he comeback is less then 15mn when he got killed in second proof and he brock rules Gr6.7 or nlr
4- and her he was shooting at me from inside famillies Hq and broking Gh 1.4
