So me and my friend were attending to a 10-15 call in end of richman which falls under the SAHP jurisdiction border. There was a clear escalation when a guy comes up(221896) and starts giving demands to leave. But the fact is he gave 5 demands in 2 seconds. GR 6.15 states a clear 5 second demand is required before shooting. He gave such a unclear demand and started shooting. Still we complied and started to run. Despite complying he did continue shooting and kill both of us! There is no necessity to justify shooting if the victim complies as per UB Demand rules!
