As you can see in this pov i crashed by accident both time as the police were parked in the middle of the high way second of all this guy kept blocking me and i was trying to get away he shot at me no demands or nothing unprovoked he then decided it would be a good idea to insult me (ooc). Again the car ram from my side was an accident i waas trying to go to the fishing event and he didnt let me go and kept blocking me/ getting in my way
