The State Rule Was made with on purpose to increase RP Quality so that role play would be Real pLay.
I posted a forum admin rejected that rulebreak by saying ( FYI: The Gov Official had an IC Reason to open fire at you, also you were seen fully equipped with armours and gun in hand.)
and two Server rules are overlapping SR 5.3 with GR 6.15
if we were aiminmg at the Leos that that makes sence in killing us without demands, Event Pina said to post it as Gr 6.15
Than why gov player is not getting punished ?? is he doing favoritism from getting Org Punished cause it will be massrulebreak including him ?
and if it is not required to give demands as a leos only when you see a gun and Armor in a suspect - than a lot of changes to be done in the Legislation, there should not be a Open carrying Penal code cause the Citizen will on the ground dead already cause leos will kill them - The same Legislation which was approved by Senior State Curators
and if the punishment is correct than its proves No RDM for Leos against Citizens ( with gun and armor) - you see a citizen with gun and armor shoot them take them down,
and one more thing : SR 5.4 says LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot arrest a person while gunfight is not finished. | Verbal Warning.
and Biomask rejected this Rulebreak also by saying : Regarding SR 5.4 There was no fire directed towards you.
some clips im attaching where you can find the firing which was going through me,
apart from firing, I mentioned about cuffing in the same forum and Biomask did not answered that one when rejected,
GOV leo cuffed me in a active gun fight just after 2 sec of making me injured, and you can clearly see I am in between the firing the bullets were passing above from my injured body !! and the leos started cuffing me (which is not just a Z key thing it takes minimum 10-15 second may be less to cuff someone, and Can anyone do that in Real life ? ignoring the gunfight righ after 1meter and arrest them) and still this is not SR 5.4 ??
Would that be possible is Real Life ? definately no, that mass firing happening just after 1 meter to my iinjured body
