Family Biography: Oxygen Luxe was born in 1969 in Kars, Türkiye. His family was very wealthy, so he spent his childhood in excellent conditions. By the age of 20, Oxygen had a serious discussion about his financial resources. Over the next five years, Oxygen learned everything he could about the city's illegal activities and gained experience. In 1994, Oxygen was 25 and looking to move to a new place with his mother and siblings. They decided to move to Los Santos, USA. With the experience he had gained from his father, illegal work wasn't that difficult for him. He quickly became known throughout Los Santos. On April 9, 1996, Oxygen was raided by the police and the FBI while selling drugs near the black market. People in the area began to flee, and Oxygen encountered Leon, Raven, and Berat, who would become very important to him. The four of them met that day and began running illegal businesses together. Months and years passed, and by now everyone in the city knew them. Oxygen and his friends were considering building an illegal empire. On September 21, 1998, Oxygen met Ceo, a highly successful businessman, at an auction in the Maze Bank Tower. Oxygen spoke with Ceo for hours and realized their plans were similar. After speaking with their friends Ceo, Leon, Raven, and Berat, the five of them decided to start their dream family—a family that would be very successful in the coming years and pose a major problem for the police. Thus began the journey of the 'Luxe' family.
