I am appealing my permanent ban for Ban Evading on the DE01 server. Kathi Tired rejected my previous complaint due to a misunderstanding regarding account ownership.
The account ID 165399 does not belong to me, it belongs to my friend Liam. Since his forum account was blocked at the time, I copy-pasted and posted an unban appeal for him using my old forum account named Broknvfx. I honestly did not know that posting for third parties is forbidden or that doing so would cause the admin team to assign his account to me. (Proof in German)
I have never played on or logged into ID 165399. I kindly ask you to check the IP addresses, HWID, and Social Club logs. You will see that my hardware has absolutely no connection to his account. Kathi mentioned that I created new accounts after failing to provide data, but this is incorrect. My main account ID 309000 was created normally months ago.
Furthermore, when Kathi asked for the Social Club names on Discord, it was Liam who sent them from his account, not me. I also have screenshots proving he sent me the text to copy-paste. The only reason I am posting from this new forum account named "Visuals." is because I got a new phone and lost access to my 2FA code for the old Broknvfx account. (Proof in German)
